WORK EXPERIENCE
When I first learned about user experience and user interface design in 2018, I was immediately intrigued. After initial research, it felt like a perfect like a profession that would encourage my desire to dig deeper into the human experience but also require technical, visual and client management skills.
After leaving Sharethrough (the native advertising company I worked at for 4 years) I enrolled in General Assembly’s 10 week UX design immersive and immediately knew this path had potential to be a perfect fit for my skills and interests. Taking the GA course and making the slight career shift was one of the best decisions I have made as the initial feeling of compatibility has continued to grow along with my skills in this awesome field of work.
With my background in marketing and account management, I understand the importance of analyzing problems and situations from all perspectives in order to build user-centric and delightful experiences for consumers and clients.

Completed UX audit for website redesign and digital strategy. Improved internal process and efficiency by assessing and identifying tools and processes with input from the design and project management teams to encourage adoption and streamline workflow. Designed and maintained design documentation for styles and specifications for brand assets.

EVENT MARKETING MANAGER
Lead ideation on all sales events and field marketing initiatives (i.e. SXSW, Native Advertising Conference, Native Ad Forum, etc.) Created and managed all collateral, promotional and visual assets.
ACCOUNT MANAGER
Supported East Coast Sales Team by creating and designing proposals and digital media plans for strategic brands and accounts as well as executing, managing and actualizing the digital media campaigns. Established partnerships and communicated Sharethrough’s value proposition, technology and processes to current and prospective clients.
